Venue:

Sport hall of Middle School No. 2 in Zakopane; Sienkiewicza 27 str.

Participation and age category

Competitors over 30 years old who have up-to-date medical certificate or they will submit appropriate declaring about the lack of contraindications against taking part in the competitions.

Fencers equipment:
The personal fencers’ equipment must comply with FIE rules (clothes, masks, weapons).
Transparent masks are not mandatory at sabre and not allowed at epée and foil.

In the foil competitions, masks with conductive bib are mandatory. 

Control of the equipment:

The control of weapons will take place before each fight.

Formula:
According to the FIE rules and the regulations of Polish Veterans Fencing Association.

There is only one competition in every weapon with the age category handicap.

Registration:

The number of competitors is unlimited. The registration can be made by electronic registration on website: www.fencing-oldboy.pl – ( “rejestracja” - button ) or by e-mail: fencing-oldboys@wp.pl, by each participant (giving name, age, weapon ) till 26th February 2012, also directly prior to the competition at the Technical Commission - obligatory advance notification.

The registration confirmation is to be placed to the competition Technical Commission 45 minutes before beginning of the competition.

Entry fee:

87.00 PLN per participant, per weapon to be paid in cash, prior to the competition by registration confirmation at the Technical Commission – the electronic application

107.00 PLN per participant, per weapon to be paid in cash, prior to the competition by registration confirmation at the Technical Commission – application before the Competition

Rewards:
Occasional gifts for places 1 - 3 (1 - 4 in the epee) and occasional diplomas.
